Meet The Artist: Douglas Gordon - YouTube

The exhibition begins with 24 Hour Psycho (1993), a slowed-down version of Alfred Hitchcock's 1960 film Psycho. A different take on a familiar classic, it introduces many of the important themes in Gordon's work: recognition and repetition, time and memory, complicity and duplicity, authorship and authenticity, darkness and light.

◇ Designing Video Installations with Douglas Gordon - YouTube

Turner Prize-winning artist Douglas Gordon is one of our favorite artists. He was born in Glasgow, lives and works in Berlin now with odd stints as juror at the Venice Film Festival. We found him sitting at his piano that was crowned by a stuffed, howling wolf. We talked about his work and how he used the Prado as storyboard for his film about Zinédine Zidane.
