As part of the Paris Photo Platform 2013, a conversation between Karel Funk, Jean-Marc Bustamante and Patrick Tosani took place on Friday, November 15th at Grand Palais. The conversation was moderated by Timothée Chaillou.
The discussion went across their different photographic work and their approach to painting. They've discussed about the limits between painting and photography, abstract or figurative. Along this conversation, they've explored this long standing but also evolving relationship that changes photography in its correlation with painting, its procedure but also its site of production.
